Stevie Ray Riehs is an innovative foodist whose 32-year journey in the craft has led him to the Adirondack Mountains. His heritage is marinated in the roots of La Grange, Texas, where hospitality was instilled in the steam of his grandmother’s soul food cafe. After honing his skills in chef school, Stevie apprenticed under mentors who forged the national lexicon of American cuisine. Their channeled artistry became the nucleus of his own path—irrevocably weaving their cutting-edge ingenuity into his creative approach today.
