TRAVELS

My wife and I love to experience the world's cultures and its flavors. Travel brings out your humanity. You become more authentic, not only in your craft (for me cooking), but also at just being. The more you travel, the more you understand that the majority of the world wants the same elemental things ; clean food & water, shelter, and a better life for their children. It sounds obvious, but it is in this simplicity that you find union, and  you rediscover,  we're all connected.

 

Every one of us shares the same bond. The same thing that's making my heart beat is making another person's heart beat, whether in front of me, or on the other side of the planet. Being grateful for this bond is what makes this world go 'round. Sharing and eating great food with others, makes it go 'round even smoother. Tashi delek.
