My wife and I travel to immerse ourselves in the world’s flavors, but more importantly, to rediscover our shared humanity. Travel strips away the noise, leaving you more authentic in your craft and your being. In every corner of the globe, the truth remains simple: we all seek the same elemental needs—clean water, nourishment, shelter, and a better future for our children. In this simplicity, we find our union; we remember that we are all inextricably connected.

Every one of us shares a singular bond. The same rhythm that sustains my heartbeat is the pulse of a stranger on the other side of the planet. Recognizing this bond is the foundation of gratitude; it is what moves the world. And while gratitude makes the world go 'round, sharing a great meal with others is what makes it turn with grace. Tashi delek.
