Soulful Design
Stevie Ray Riehs has been an innovative epicurean for the last 32 years. Now established in the Adirondack Mountains, he comes from a rich culinary heritage. From the time he was a baby, he was brought up in his grandmother's soul food cafe in La Grange, Texas, and emerged into the food scene already marinated in roots. Deciding to hone his skills in chef school, he apprenticed with several top 10 chefs that were producing some of the most inventive cuisines of the time. (cont.)
